process we use is equivalent to a very high quality stamp and stamp
pad. Therefore, drop shadows, gradients, shadings, tints, textures,
colors and intensely intricate artwork cannot be used. |

On the left are some examples of artwork sent to us. This artwork is unacceptable as is. We explained the situation to the customer and new artwork was requested. The artwork on the right is what was resubmitted. Please note these files are saved so they can be loaded quickly. They are for show only. The resolution of the files on the right is not acceptable. |

2ND SUBMISSION Better, but not there yet. White outline around "Roxster" will not print. Also, the drop shadow should be removed. This was, happily, an Illustrator vector file and I could work with it. |
