Bruce Springsteen’s Broadway Show Coming to Netflix

Bruce Springsteen’s intimate one-man show, Springsteen on Broadway, is coming to Netflix. The special was directed Thom Zimny, who previously filmed documentaries for Born to Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town, and The River. Springsteen’s run on Broadway—originally announced to span eight weeks last fall—was recently extended through the end of the year. The Netflix special debuts December 15, coinciding with the final night of the show.Earlier this year, Springsteen received he Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre.
