Watch Greta Van Fleet perform ‘When the Curtain Falls’

Fast-rising rockers Greta Van Fleet performed their new single ‘When the Curtain Falls’ on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night (26th July).

Making their debut on the US talk show, the band consisting of brothers Josh Kiszka, Sam Kiszka and Jake Kiszka together with Danny Wagner belted out a powerful live version of the song. ‘When the Curtain Falls’ is a tantalising taster of the Frankenmuth, Michigan rockers’ as-yet-untitled debut album, which they’re hoping to release before the end of 2018. The band have once again drafted in Al Sutton and Marlon Young to produce the album having previously recorded April 2017’s ‘Black Smoke Rising’ EP and last November’s double EP ‘From the Fires’ with them. Guitarist Jake Kiszka told Loudwire last month: “We’re in the mixing process, so it’s going to be (released) quite soon. We’re wrapping it up, so we’re hoping to release that absolutely this year.” His sibling and band mate Sam Kiszka added: “We had all these songs we wrote three to five years ago that we were just going to put on the album. “It very quickly became all new material, so I’d say about three-quarters of the songs are songs we wrote in the studio. It just happened very quickly, we got everything done in two weeks. We were aching to make this album.”
